Coastal Homes

There are many lovely homes in wonderful neighborhoods throughout the coastal area of Southern California. I, happily, represent the areas from Long Beach to Seal Beach to Huntington Beach.

Here are some tracts of homes that appeal to homeowners for the proximity to the beach, to schools, to shopping and churches and to access of major freeways.

Long Beach, CA is a thriving community with a rich history of commerce to and from its deep-water port and the presence of oil beneath its soil.  It was instrumental during World War II for the Naval Base and the Douglas Aircraft assembly plant. After the War returning veterans settled in Long Beach and helped grow the city’s suburbs and surrounding communities. The climate, the ocean and the people of Long Beach combine to make the living pleasant.

Huntington Beach, CA is known as the surfing capitol of the west coast.  The pier at the end of Main Street offers daily close-up view of the surfers. The beach is open to the public and jogging, walking, roller-blading and bicycling is encouraged. The city hosts a farmer’s market every Friday afternoon near the pier. On a clear day you can enjoy panoramic views of Catalina and the coastline of Long Beach and San Pedro. The schools are top-notch and the community is a wonderful place to live, work, raise a family and recreate.
